THANKGOD I read the REVIEWS! A HIGH RETURN PRODUCT! Glitches mentioned across the board happen within a months time, the audio function occurred for me around week 2.5-3 fluctuating between normal to no sound at all. I also noticed that on air shot mode above setting 2 would leave a smell of burnt skin while also becoming incredibly painful to use due to the electrical function. Not sure if this was normal? I’m a little suspicious of the Booster level, all functions felt the same but didn’t sound the same in ramp up so it was hard to tell. No glossy skin for me but I do have severe Rosacea and I do believe this helped for sure and my skin did feel great after use. I hate that I had to return this, I truly loved this product but for $160 that I paid, no glitches of any kind should be occurring so soon!
The Medicube Age-R Booster is a fantastic skincare device that I absolutely love! It’s easy to use and has made a noticeable difference in my skin’s texture and firmness. However, I’ve noticed that the strength can sometimes feel inconsistent—some days it seems less powerful than others. Despite this, it’s still effective and a great addition to my skincare routine. I hope they improve the consistency, but overall, I’m very happy with the results!
I have been using this product for about 2 weeks now. I did think the sale seemed suspicious, especially as I was awaiting my device and saw others received only the serum. Thankfully, I did receive the device. I can say it’s definitely improved my skin. I am using it alongside with other medicube products, so i’m sure that’s also contributing. The biggest issue is the device is advertised to automatically pause when not making contact with the skin. Mine does that sometimes, but others it does not. Which is a bit annoying because then the reporting in the app is inaccurate. The app is
nice and I like that you can easily change the LED color, power, and modes through it. I only use the red and blue lights because they’re the only ones backed by research, so I appreciate being able to switch to those in comparison with using the default orange and green lights on the booster & MC modes. The pink peptide serum was not moisturizing enough to use the device with it being able to glide across the skin. I’d recommend getting the collagen jelly as it seems to work the best with the device. I don’t use this in the morning, as I feel the amount of product you have to use makes my skin look too “wet” to be in public. I think because of that they shouldn’t be advertising use of 2-3x per day when the device requires so much product to work effectively. I also think a product that seems so fragile should come with some sort of case, especially considering the price. the charge lasts long which is nice. I’d say it’s worth getting,
it seems like the $150 price might have been a glitch, but I wouldn’t have bought it otherwise, so I’m happy it worked out. I can also see that the lines on my forehead have smoothed quite a bit during MC mode. i would recommend the product overall.
The app is an unnecessary complication. Best not to connect unless they improve the user experience by making the app more useful
