Rover Island is an online-only beauty retailer serving customers across the United Arab Emirates. Rover Island is the consumer-facing brand of B O G T General Trading LLC, which operates the Rover Island website and store.

Who We Are

Rover Island offers K-Beauty, skincare, makeup, and haircare products from more than 300 brands, with over 1,500 products available for delivery across the UAE. Rover Island does not operate a customer-facing physical retail store. All orders are placed online and delivered to you.

Our operational address is Jebel Ali Freezone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is not a walk-in retail location.

Eligibility to Use This Site

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to place an order on this website. If you are placing an order on behalf of someone else or a company, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

Your Account

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately using the details at the end of this page.

Products, Pricing, and Availability

We describe our products as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that every description, image, or listed price is free of error at all times.

  • Prices are shown in AED and may change without prior notice.
  • If a pricing or listing error is discovered after you place an order, we will contact you before proceeding, and you may choose to continue at the corrected price or cancel the order.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we will inform you and offer a refund or an alternative.

All products sold by Rover Island are sourced through direct relationships with selected brands and through authorized distributors. We do not represent that every product is purchased directly from its manufacturer.

Orders and Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Online Card Payment

All transactions are processed in AED.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, we will refund the amount paid.

Placing an order does not guarantee that the order will be accepted. An order is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from us.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates. Delivery costs, timeframes, and available delivery options are set out in full on our [Shipping & Delivery Policy] page, which forms part of these Terms.

We aim to deliver within the timeframes stated on that page, but we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruptions, incomplete delivery addresses, or events beyond our operations.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order at any time by contacting our Customer Support team with a valid reason. Every cancellation request is reviewed individually based on the status and circumstances of the order at the time of the request.

All content on the Rover Island website, including text, product descriptions, graphics, logos, images, and site design, is the property of Rover Island, B O G T General Trading LLC, or the respective brand owners whose products we sell, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
