- Apply the liquid lipstick starting in the center of your upper lip, following the natural contours of your mouth.
- Glide the flat arrow applicator across your entire bottom lip, spreading the color evenly.
- Allow the product to dry completely for 2 to 3 minutes to lock in the transfer-resistant matte finish. Pro-Tip: To easily remove the long-lasting formula, use an oil-based makeup remover or Maybelline's SuperStay Eraser
