COSRX Low pH Niacinamide Micellar Cleansing Water is a low pH micellar cleanser that removes makeup and impurities without stripping the skin. It is formulated with niacinamide for sebum control and pore care, together with soothing and hydrating ingredients suited to sensitive skin.
How to use: pour onto a cotton pad and gently wipe over the skin until all makeup and impurities are removed. For heavier makeup, hold the soaked pad on the area for about 10 seconds before wiping. No rinsing is needed, but you may rinse with warm water if you prefer.
