Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Apply approximately one teaspoon to face, neck and chest, and two tablespoons to the remaining body. Reapply after swimming, towel drying, or at least every 2 hours during continued sun exposure. For children under 6 months, consult a doctor.
